1. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All educational content—whether delivered via video, text, downloadable resources, or live/recorded classes—is the exclusive intellectual property of The Color Collective LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Content solely for your own personal and professional education.

You may NOT:

• Share, sell, copy, record, or distribute any part of the Content to others

• Resell or repurpose the Content in any format, platform, or program

• Use the material to create your own educational programs or training without written permission

• Publish or post our course content on social media, websites, or any public-facing platform

2. No Redistribution or Resale

Enrollment in any product, course, or membership does not give you the right to redistribute, duplicate, or resell our proprietary content.

Violating this policy may result in:

• Immediate removal from our courses, programs, and communities

• Revocation of any certifications or access

• Legal action for copyright infringement

3. Permitted Use

You’re encouraged to apply what you learn in your own work behind the chair or within your salon. However, using our methods, frameworks, or educational content to teach others—whether online or in person—without written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor the use of our content and enforce these Terms through:

• Revoking access to our platforms, courses, and materials

• Pursuing legal action as necessary

5. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing any of our offerings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our content.
